Junsheng AI Brain is a business intelligence product operated by Junsheng Global Media LLC ("Junsheng," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our services.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you register, we collect your name, business email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, company name, job title, telephone number, account type, and account preferences. With your explicit authorization, the submitted business profile may be synchronized for display within Junsheng AI Brain and for business matching. Confirmed profile information is locked, and later changes require a stated reason that is retained in the account's change history.
Usage and transaction information
We may collect searches, saved companies, governed record access activity, research credit balances, paid-access status, support requests, device information, IP address, browser type, security logs, and timestamps.
Public business information
Our database may contain publicly available professional and company information collected from official websites, business directories, public announcements, trade associations, event websites, and other lawful public sources. We record source information where reasonably available.
Payment information
Paid access payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. We do not receive or store full payment card details. Paddle may provide us with transaction identifiers, access status, billing country, and related purchase information.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Junsheng AI Brain.
- Authenticate users and manage profiles, plans, and research credits.
- Present company intelligence, governed public-source records, and source evidence.
- Generate user-requested analysis and recommendations.
- Process purchases, access activation, refunds, and customer support.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and unlawful data use.

4. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate our product, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, artificial intelligence, email delivery, and payment services. These providers process information only for the services they supply to us and under their own contractual and legal obligations.
Current or planned providers include Google Cloud for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Together AI for server-side AI processing, and Paddle for checkout, tax, billing, and buyer support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
5. AI processing
When AI features are enabled and requested by a user, relevant company information and the user's instruction may be transmitted from our server to an AI service provider. We limit the information sent to what is reasonably needed to produce the requested analysis. Users should not submit confidential, sensitive, or unlawful personal information in AI prompts.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies or browser storage for login sessions, security, preferences, and product functionality. We also offer optional Google Analytics on public, unauthenticated pages to understand visits and improve the website. Analytics remains disabled until you accept it, and your choice is stored in your browser.
Public-page analytics may process page URL and title, referring source, broad device and browser information, approximate geography, and interaction events such as page views and scrolling. We disable advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad personalization. We do not install this analytics code on account access or authenticated research pages, and we do not send account profiles, searches, protected contacts, reports, or private opportunity data to Google Analytics. You may withdraw your choice by clearing this site's local storage and selecting again when the notice returns.
7. Data retention and security
We retain account and usage information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Junsheng and its providers operate internationally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. You may also request removal or correction of a public professional record. We will verify requests and respond as required by applicable law.
